This is an internship project between RMIT university and Mr. Rusty Benson, co-founder of Raine & Makin design studio. My group and I was tasked with improving the online service of Cohealth Medical Centre, thus I came up with the idea of creating a booking app.

After conducting several interviews and other research, my group believe that the booking app solution is the right direction because its registration process is quicker than phone booking. Furthermore, it is very likely that most of Cohealth's target customers have access to smartphone. 

 

The main aim of the booking app is to allow patients to book an appointment online, so that he or she can come to the medical center at the most suitable time to see their preferred doctor. This booking app is designed so that the registration can be done quickly and user can see the availability of their doctor easily. Under my leadership, the group are dedicated to create a working prototype of this booking app. 

 

Both Mr. Rusty and Cohealth's representative are satisfied with the outcome of my group.
